Returns

Sometimes it may be necessary to return a product to us. This may be to complete a warranty claim due to a product fault, return an item damaged in transit for a replacement or just to exchange it. If this is the case please contact us first. Do not simply return the product to the return address on the package you received it in as this may not be the quickest way to get your product replaced, exchanged or to receive your refund.

When you contact us we will:

  • Review the reason for the return and advise you on the appropriate course of action to be taken
  • If necessary provide you with a relevant postal address within Australia to return the product
  • Advise you of any further action that you, or us, will need to take to complete the return, exchange or refund

When you contact us please give us as much information as possible to help us process your return as promptly as possible. If the product has been damaged in transit it would be very helpful if you could photograph the damage done to the product so that we can make any necessary claims against the responsible courier or postal service.

If the product is being returned due to an approved warranty claim or a product that has been damaged in transit any standard postal charges incurred to return the product will be reimbursed.
